Job Description
- Implement boundary fence in technical survey stage.
- Control construction cost & implement infrastructure completion permit/ government inspection.
- Submit for QA/QC planning approval for infrastructure construction
- Implement / submit publish best practice, product standard to contractors, Technical material approval, MOS approval, Shopdrawing approval, Nursery & prepare trees for landscape areas, Infrastructure & landscape construction, Site inspection (QAQC, schedule, safety), Occupation permit, Construction stage finish, Handover land lot to Sales & Marketing Division.
- Submit for QA/QC planning approval for building construction
- Implement, product standard to contractors, Technical material approval, MOS approval, Insurance CAR, Survey surrounding buildings/ insurance for third parties (if any) QAQC certificate, Nursery & prepare trees for landscape areas.
- Implement Building construction (high rise), Building construction (low rise), Occupation permit (including Firefighting), Handover units to S&M Division, Payment/ liquidation documents for Contractors.
- Be responsible for HSE at site.
- Implement As-built buildings, Building maintenance of developer Implement Handover agreement, Annual infrastructure maintenance, Handover infrastructure to government, Annual report on project progress.
- Implement Maintenance - Infrastructure &public buildings.
- Implement Tax final account and Project final account
Job Requirements
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in civil, graduated from Technology University.
- Having experiences, certificates related to Finance Management/ Project/ Design/Construction…
2. Working Experience:
- At least 10 years working experience including 05 years of working experience in the same position
3. Expertise:
- Construction: Deep knowledge about building materials, necessary methods and tools in building factories, or other infrastructures such as roads and bridges.
- Design: deep knowledge about design techniques, tools, construction principles of detailed drawing, perspective drawing and sketching;
- Labor safety and environmental hygiene: deep understand about equipment usage guidelines, policies, procedures and technical rules in order to effectively communicate to subordinates, contribute to ensure the safety for the labor in the construction process of infrastructures;
- Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required
